I am Curtis: a second-year, third-semester computer science student who has a passion in quantum mechanics and cybersecurity. This personal website will be a compilation of my thoughts, what I have learnt, analyses on a particular topic (usually philosophy) updates on the projects I am (and will be) working on, and hopefully some reports on the future findings for my own research. Some of my niche interests include programming and mathematics. To be more specific: vector calculus. These two subjects, aside from quantum mechanics, are what I study during school holidays after exams. I find it intriguing to learn about them, similar to how one would understand a machine works by disassembling its parts and reassembling it. I apply this same mode of thinking to solving CTFs and puzzles up until recently. In addition, I draw, learn languages (German, French, and Latin), occassionally write, and getting myself invested into philosophy. I am determined to decipher Nietzsche's aphorisms in his magnus opus - Beyond Good and Evil - to learn a thing or two of his idiosyncratic writing style.
I live to learn, therefore I learn to live. I am not good with words, but I hope to write something in this website that will be meaningful, or at least coherent enough to be understood. This website can also be a reminder for me to show said 'character development' of myself.
My recent reads are:
Cheers.
